We believe high quality moulds or plastic parts start with a great mould design, so we pay special attention to plastic mould construction, gates, runners, cooling channels and mechanisms to ensure the best solution are used.
We use professional software such as Pro-Engineer, Solidworks, Unigraphics, IDEAS, CATIA, and so on. Customer can provide the 2D or 3D drawing in DXF, DWG, PRT, SAT, IGES, STEP format etc.

Prototypes are important in the development process of plastic injection moulded components, saving time and money by helping detect design flaws and other issues in the design phase. Jayee Mould will work with you to develop injection moulding prototypes that will work successfully for your project.
We offer several rapid prototype services, from stereolithography(SLA) and selective laser sintering(SLS).
Rapid Prototyping Process:
Change 2-dimensional data into 3-dimensional data through engineering software.
Then transform into stereolithography(SLA) files to stratify 3-dimensional models.
Each layer of laser bunches forming photo curable resin.
Surface treatment(Polishing, Painting, Pad printing, hot stamping, Oil spraying, Silk Screen Printing, Laser etching, and so on)
After CNC or RP models is completed, we can use the machined original prototype master to make an precise silicon mould with silicon materials. Every silicon mould can reproduce 10-20 pieces, material includes plastic, ABS.
Plastic injection mould making
We are specialized in medium and high level mould making with lower price. Our mould making room is completely equipped to develop your product. Most of our injection moulds are exported to European and America, we are familiar with HASCO and DME standard after many years’ focus on export market.
We have high speed CNCs, precise EDMs, Wire cutting Machines, CMM, Smartscope and Hardnesstester in our plant, and build moulds with
Cams, lifters, and actions. Many kinds of world-wide applied mould steela are used in our mould production, such as 738, 718, 718H, S136, S136H, from ASSAB of Sweden, NAK80 from DAIDO of Japan and P20, 420. Most mould bases and standard components come from LKM. And we use standard components from DME, HASC etc. Well provide COC for all steels.
Plastic injection moulding
We are experienced with various plastic injection moulds for automotive, medication, lighting, sport equipment, home appliance, and agriculture. Our injection moulding shop equipped 8 sets of plastic injection moulding machines, range from 40ton to 800 ton, we provide 24 hours a day, 7 days a week automatically production services. The plastic resin we selected covers a wide range, includes ABS, PC, PP, PA, PMMA, POM, PE etc.
Injection moulding process includes following six steps
1)The mould closes and the screw begins moving forward for injection.
2) Filling, eject melted raw materials into the cavity.
3) Pack, the cavity is packed as the screw continuously moves forward.
4) Cooling, the cavity cools down as the gate freezes off and closed, the
screw begins to retract to plasticize material for the next cycle.
5) Mould open and part ejection, the mould opens and parts are injected
out by ejection system.
6) Close, the mould closes and the next cycle begins.
